Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with lush natural surroundings and excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, but I encountered issues with maintenance. Dining left much to be desired as it felt overpriced for the limited buffet options. The service was inconsistent; while some staff were friendly, my experience with the front desk was disappointing. Overall, it has great potential but needs improvement in service and dining variety.
Our stay was quite an adventure, as we were excited to explore Costa Rica. While the hotel had some nice facilities and the pools looked inviting, the dining experience left a lot to be desired with limited options. The service was friendly overall, but the front desk staff could use some improvement. The location felt a bit crowded at times, but we did enjoy some beautiful surroundings.
This hotel has a beautiful natural setting with lovely grounds and the charm of wildlife like toucans. While the pools are pleasant, there are maintenance issues that can't be overlooked. The food can be hit or miss, and I had some trouble with my room, including water pressure issues. Overall, it's a decent place, but it could use better upkeep and improvements in service.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the check-in was quick and the hot spring pools were a highlight, the rooms felt outdated and lacked basic amenities like air conditioning and modern updates. The dining options were decent but on the expensive side. Overall, the location was beautiful, but service issues left a bad taste in my mouth.
The hotel is well-situated near a stunning rainforest and volcano area, perfect for wildlife viewing. The pools were warm and soothing, making for a refreshing experience. However, the dining options were costly with questionable quality, and the service at the front desk could be improved significantly during stressful situations. Additionally, the rooms felt dated and lacked basic amenities like a mini fridge.
